For several years we suffered through EIGHT real estate agents hoping to sell our specialty Sevier County property.  They stole our belongings, threw items in the yard and my business into the garbage, created illegal MLS listings----YES, THEY DID!!  We couldn't get the property listed, shown, or sold.
Then we met Austin and Jennifer Amos.  How refreshing to find conscientious, hard-working, and professional agents who actually work for the client.
Due to the special nature of our land, home, and business, it took a while to get the right buyer but Austin and Jennifer hung in there, took good care of us, kept in superb contact, suffered through several wrong buyers and finally found the just right buyer that met our needs and price. Jennifer and Austin were spot on during our process of looking for a short term rental cabin. We look at different options and all the cabins we looked at were checking the boxes. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process as smooth as it could be.
